When requesting an appointment with Alexandria Notary Services, we gather certain information so we can tailor a custom invoice for your specific notarization needs so you know what you are paying for before your appointment. Your total amount may vary on different factors such as distance to your location, the number of notarization’s needed, and any additional services needed such as witnesses.
An appointment request is not automatically approved. After your request is received, an estimate will be created based on the details provided in your request. I will contact you to confirm the details provided and send an estimate for your approval. Upon estimate approval, your appointment will be confirmed.
Full payment is due at the time of service.

General Notarization (Non-Real Estate)
$10 per notarial stamp
$10 base travel fee (up to a 10-mile radius from zip code 34761)
$1.50 mileage fee per additional mile outside of the initial 10-mile radius up to 30 miles.
Real Estate Notarization
Since real estate transactions can range between 5-15+ notarization’s required depending on the type of transaction, we charge a flat fee based on the time commitment needed to complete a specific package instead of per notarization. Travel and mileage fees are waived but the location must be within 30 miles of zip code 34761. Additional fees may apply depending on your needs (need witnesses provided for you, etc.)

Sellers Package/Cash Purchase: $100

Reverse Mortgage: $200

Additional Fees
- $10 Wait Fee per 15-minute increments (time spent waiting on parties other than the notary for the notarization can be completed)
$50 Restricted Access Facility fee for appointments inside the following locations: (Hospitals/Long Term Care Facilities/Assisted Living Facilities/Correctional Facilities): Includes 1-hour of wait time past the end of appointment time slot and covers time spent checking in, traveling within the facility, potential facility-related delays, and facility parking fees)
- $25 Witness fee for each witness provided by the notary (for documents that require witnesses)
$20 Rush Service Fee (For appointments needed with less than 2 hours notice. Please call us directly at 407-564-3691 to request a rushed appointment)
$20 After Hours Appointment Fee (For appointments needed outside of business hours)
